The College is committed to the learning and development of all staff. We strive to create an environment conducive to learning and to establish a culture whereby individuals take responsibility for their continuous self-development and feel able to share their skills and experience with colleagues.

The People Team advocates and encourages this learning culture and we are committed to providing everyone with the right opportunities, facilities and support to undertake training that is current and relevant to their roles and individual needs. This is provided through a variety of media including e-learning, face-to-face courses, conferences, bespoke offsite training sessions, mentoring, coaching and on-the-job learning.
